			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Throughout the month of February, we will be spending some time on Sundays looking at the issue of <em>Giving</em>. Scripture has a lot to say about the way we use the resources God has entrusted to us, so we need to spend some serious time looking at what He wants us to do.</p>
<p>All of this is preparing our church for our inaugural Capital Stewardship Campaign, which will help us continue to pay down the mortgage on our church building. We&#8217;ll be kicking that off on Sunday, <strong>March 4 (*new date)</strong>with a special Love Offering Sunday to get our campaign off to a great start.</p>

<p>Why are holidays such hectic times? Christmas brings with it parties, plays, presents, and sometimes a great deal of pain. With all the activity, it&#8217;s easy to lose sight of what Christmas is all about.</p>
